Horrible. She is never there. I haven't seen her in two years. My last appointment got rescheduled 3 times with some fill in doctor. I have found a new doctor and cannot wait to put this experience behind me.
I was a patient for a few years, trouble walking with hip and back pain. Recommended I go to pain clinic to get pain pills. I took 10 infusion's in my back. No results.The Dr wanted me to fill up on pain killers. I said NO 10 infusion later and keep wanting me back after thousands of dollars later. I use my brain and called Kettering Hospital for a back surgeon. They got me in immediately and saw him in one week. Never had a better doctor!!!!
Dr Gwin and the medical are the best. And it is unfortunate that people may have an unpleasant experience one time and use that as a negative for the whole. We all have are good and bad days where we aren’t 💯 percent. I have referred several people to the office and will continue to do so.
Office staff is incompetent especially when it comes to handling patient prescription orders and follow through. Lila Gwin is a pleasant person but the quality of the staff leaves something to be desired. Never before had a staff person say she would do something and then not do it. Dangerous in a medical practice.
