The Hibachi was cooked perfect! I had the filet which was tender, had great flavor, and was absolutely delicious, while my wife had the shrimp which was not overcooked and was absolutely delicious as well. Sushi is always fresh and flavors are on point every time we visit.
The food was excellent, but I could tell a server or two called out, I feel like they were down a cook too. Thankfully the food and entertainment was good, and the hustle from the servers made up for being short staffed. The place was jamming!
