Had a quote from another company nearly twice as much. The lady there at the office (not good at names) was very attentive and accomodating. When the plumbing tech Omar showed up this old marine vet was very pleased. I was going to jump in and help if needed but Omar told me " I got it! Just back and relax! What a great experience when the whole Lil John's team is locked in together.
