Joe was given a simple job of giving my 97 Honda Accord a tune up, instead he broke a spark plug off in the cylinder. For some reason he thought it was a good idea to heat the aluminum engine up to remove the spark plug which warped everything and snapped the plug. I ended up paying Joe for the job since he got the spark plug out, even though now the vehicle has a rough idle misfire in cylinder 3 which he broke the spark plug in. This guy is the BEST. Completely legit and trustworthy Dealer tried to charged me 2000 for an issue. I came here it was only 190! Always ready to help and explain the root of an issue so you know why you need to pay what you pay. Highly highly recommend!!
