My kids have attending Lil explorers since they were babies. The teachers have been great throughout the years and I am always amazed by the new skills that my children are learning. Knowing that my children are excited to come and learn each day puts me at ease. I can't thank the teachers and staff enough for supporting my children and their development!
My kids have been enrolled at Lil Explores for 3 years, and we are very happy with the teachers and curriculum. I am consistently amazed by the excitement my children display when telling me about their school day. They particularly enjoy themed weeks that allow them to dress up as their favorite characters or interact with special guests such as firefighters showcasing fire safety with their fire truck. If we could give this center a 0 star we would. Took the management staff almost 2 weeks to give me a sorry excuse of an answer to a very serious concern about our child. And we only got a reply back because I had to stop and talk to the manager 3 different times. When we would drop off our kiddo they would cry every time. The lead teacher was in class maybe 2 times a weeks if that. My family chose to leave this center after multiple reports of abuse were ignored by management. Despite discussing my concerns with the regional manager, nothing happened to address the situation. I am incredibly disappointed that the abuse was not taken seriously - if it had been, maybe it would have stopped these behaviors at other locations (Plymouth, for example). Unfortunately, the L’il Explorers chain cannot be trusted.
We pulled our children from the center after multiple abuse allegations went un-reported by management. I would not recommend this center.
