Phenomenal family owned business. Both Karen and Jennah clearly have a lot of experience being around dogs of all temperaments. They are very professional and appear to treat their customers' dogs as if they are their own. We bring our family's Pomeranian there a few times a year and he always comes back looking and feeling ten times better - and grooming him is NOT an easy task but somehow they handle it! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Apparently, we reviewed the wrong business. However, the business name on the outside of the building is "Lil' Doggy"... Not "Jourdy's Pet Parlor" and I called "Lil' Doggy" when I needed to schedule an appointment, so I will keep my reviews here. My husband received a text message (I'm assuming from the owner) today telling him to remove the bad review. Jacob - unfortunately you have reviewed the wrong business. You are not a customer of ours. Your groomer is a seperate business. We do have two businesses at one location. I understand you are frustrated about a no-show fee and miscommunication with your wife & the groomer, but this is not an issue with Lil Doggy. I hope you remove your review against our business and review the correct one. Thanks.

My wife called to make an appointment last week on a wednesday. The person she talked to told her to call the specific groomer who would be doing our dog. She called the groomer's cell phone and didn't hear back for a few days. When she did talk to them, we got an appointment scheduled and missed the appointment. I called and rescheduled and found out we had to pay $95.00. $20 cancellation fees for not one, but TWO appointments! My wife never even got to schedule the first one to "cancel" it. This place is a joke!
