Her voice is so calm and the sessions are awesome.
Peaceful ambiance in person also virtually. Having a video sessions was amazing and well needed during quarantine. I enjoy her personal touch added to each class. No class is exactly the same. The instructor is motivating and understanding to individual needs. This class is suited for newbies as well as seasoned vets.
