After almost a month and giving them every single bit of my information, passport, lease agreements on where I lived, all my photo id I still had a hard time getting a replacement phone and then it still cost me $420, do not pay for device protection! It's a scam, I can buy the same phone on market place for the same money not including the last year and a half of payments.
