I came here with high hopes because of the positive reviews. The fade on the back was excellent, but I asked for it not to be a skin fade, and he interpreted that as the opposite. Not a big problem, just a miscommunication, but where he really failed was on the top. I don’t think he has much experience with my hair type. Now I’m walking around with a hat or hood on everywhere for at least the next week and I feel really insecure.
