Workers are great. The brushes that scratch my car are not.. this is the third car i have made the mistake of washing with the foam brush an the third car that has been scratched the brushes need changed out!
I work close, so I thought I would give these guys a try. I took a dirty vehicle through and it didn't come out clean, so I took it again, and it still wasn't clean, but they have a satisfaction guarantee so I took it through again. A manager came out and was very angry, just started yelling about how there was dirt in crevices and that the workers should not have let it go the first time.
