My son dropped his laptop with Like New PC’s in mid August. When he brought it in it was verified by your tech that was was fully functioning and all that was wrong is he was missing three keys. With this particular laptop you can’t replace the keys and need to replace the keyboard. My son left it with your company and paid for the keyboard part as well as the labor to repair his laptop.
