I had a great experience at Like Iron with McCall as my trainer. She always challenged me in ways that I couldn’t challenge myself while remaining encouraging and understanding. She helped me feel comfortable in a gym setting, which I never felt before, because of the way she explains how to safely do exercises and explains what each exercise targets. She truly cares about helping you reach your goals whatever they might be!

I trained with McCall at Like Iron. I was seeking strength training for pain relief. McCall was excellent and knowledgeable. She listened to me. She tested my abilities and limitations while offering motivation and praise. McCall detailed a program specifically for my needs. I amazed myself as she helped me navigate this new territory. Like Iron is a very user-friendly gym and affordable. I recommend this community of people to anyone looking for results in the gym.
