I went in expecting a professional trichology consultation, but the process raised some concerns for me. There didn’t appear to be any standard diagnostics, only a handheld scanner, and I wasn’t given much explanation. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about both hair and scalp, and it shows in how she interacts with clients and how she assesses your situation.
