I had a wonderful experience bringing my dog in to be checked. The entire staff was so kind, welcoming, and caring from the moment we walked through the door. Doctor Mariko was very thorough, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I felt confident that my dog was in good hands. We had such a wonderful experience here with our sweet kitty, Simba. They were able to get us in for an appointment right away, which meant so much during a stressful moment. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and friendly. Dr. Jim was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel confident and at ease. Charged my family 200$ for my sick cat, just for them to not know what was wrong. The cat ended up dying anyway
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! They admitted they didn't perform a actual diagnosis on our cat but guessed that it was a possible infection and prescribed medications. Then charged us for care and diagnosis.
