Avoid at All Costs — Condescension Masquerading as Care Lihong Shen, MD is the definition of condescending and uncaring — smirks, eye rolls, and zero actual help. My wife left feeling insulted and ignored, and we will never set foot in that office again. The most helpful thing I can do is warn others: don’t walk away from this practice… run.
Was seen promptly. Was treated with respect. Doctor and nurse were thorough. All questions were answered. Would highly recommend.
Rude and disrespectful physician. God complex. Prisma asked for a review, hence two. Also if you see one doctor in the practice Prisma doesn't allow you to pick another better suited. Insurance was surprised they'd rather loose than switch but we found a perfect fit for me. I will always check the reviews before I pick another Prisma physician.
Dr. Shen listens to you. She does not rush you; she is patient, compassionate, and gentle with injections. She is always available when I have a question, and her nurse is also amazing. I am lucky to have her as my doctor.
