"Disappointed. Told her I wanted natural/no heat after sharing my alopecia history, but she detangled and blow-dried rough anyway charged extra $50 for it, and I didn't ask for a blowout and my scalp was hurting her Shampoos gave pimples . Felt like sales more than care—no laser or detox like advertised. Not gentle for thinning hair. Proceed with caution."
