Ok, so I needed to sell a house in Bartlett, Tennessee. I called a few of the We Buy Houses companies on the internet and even got an offer (that I accepted) by one of them. My co-worker sold their house to the Ligon Investment Group and gave me their information when I needed to sell my parents house and move them into a Senior living facility. My Father passed away and left (us) our childhood home. "Us" referring to myself and two sisters. Unfortunately I only speak to one of my sisters due to family related problems.
