The PERFECT venue for our Wedding! We got married at Lightwood House October 2019, and everything could not have gone better. I had met Cliff while he was working as a balladeer at Colonial Williamsburg and when he mentioned having an 18th century home, I knew I needed to visit. We recently vacationed at Lightwood house for a week and it was wonderful. The house was extremely clean, had all the modern amenities and the owner, Mr Cliff was always available to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. No words except magical to describe the grounds of Lightwood. The interior design was like stepping into a history book from the four beautiful grandfather clocks to the colonial detail of the entire house. The secret staircase was a fun surprise as well.
