Called them for advice in faulty power cable on my scooter. First class advice and help from Claire, who quickly identified the part needed and sent them out to me, along with some points to be aware of when fitting. Makes a nice change to get some good old fashioned customer service and help - definitely a Company I will deal with again in the future. Well done Cavendish Health, and in particular, Claire.

A big thank you to Lightweight Scooters for their excellent friendly service. I had bought a spare battery for my scooter from a mobility centre with a 12 month guarantee but, 2 months outside the guarantee, it died. The company I bought it from would not do anything as it was out of warranty and a new one would cost £450. I rang Lightweight Scooters and they agreed to test the battery if I paid the courier and a small charge for the testing.
