We have relied on the Lightwave Solar team for three installations including our home and two businesses. Everyone starting with Rachel McCulley and Justin Huff on the front end planning to Evan Fitzgerald and Liam Keele on the execution were very professional, responsive and followed through. There is a gentleman named Lance Kelley of Lightwave Solar i met in huntsville, AL more than a decade ago and he very unprofessional and indecently never bothered to respond back to me after reaching out to him and a coffee meeting. This worst immature and unprofessional behavior of ghosting is uncalled for and reflects poorly on the organization and sad how he burned bridges very badly action wise as one-sided. Hope nobody else of this organization stoops this low and we all remember Maya Angela's quote.

Aaron was the best guy to work with. He was very personable and had great customer service.
