Charlie and his guys have come out three times in the last 2 to 3 years my unit is from back in the early 2000s and each time they've come out they were prompt and courteous and knew what to do to fix Thursday afternoon my AC went out again talk to Charlie Friday morning and within an hour they were here and within another hour I had a sea again I would recommend them to anybody
Had issues with both of our 20-year-old units and an insanely-high power bill. Charlie and his crew thoroughly cleaned both, inside and out. Also cleaned all of our duct work, both upstairs and downstairs. After the cleaning, it was determined that our upstairs unit needed replacing. They performed the replacement very quickly, including replacing/re-routing all the copper lines, and everything works great. Our electricity usage is already noticeably lower.
