We've had Lightsmith come out for a couple different electrical jobs now and they've been great! Super transparent and reasonable on quotes/pricing and easy/professional to communicate with. Also just a higher attention to detail than some other electricians we've had out.
Lightsmith is great! Excellent customer service, and the best electrician I’ve found in WA! Quincy, a great communicator, and just gets the work done right and quickly. So glad a neighbor recommended this company on NextDoor!
The end result of upgrading the breaker box for our house was good. Unfortunately, they have room for improvement in communication and planning. Hannah and Nannette were great to work with from the office. Unfortunately, for some of the planning and logistics they stumbled a bit. They had trouble giving me a specific answer of how far to have our heat pump moved to give room for the new meter. At the end a good job, reasonably priced and quickly executed. However there were a lot of unusual events that confused me. For instance I wanted to replace the main panel. The original estimate was reasonable. However a follow up visit by another person showed that the original estimate was not possible because the meter was not located at the house, since the original panel had to move out and down to accommodate the new panel and the wires from the remote meter were not long enough.
