Similar to other review I also wish I could give zero stars. While Jay and Carol seem to be nice people over the phone they completely screwed me over, were dishonest, never showed up to do the work for the quote they provided and I approved, and at this point are just ignoring me. Perhaps they still do new installs (likely more profitable) but know that if you ever need service or follow up you will receive zero customer service. No ethics! I would highly recommend Landscapes of Western New York. Jay and Carol were both so helpful and responsive since we first contacted the office. Jay offered us great advice, was beyond helpful, and he and his team did a fantastic job on our property. We are very happy with the work!
