After years of debate, I purchased a LightScalpel laser this year. I highly recommend taking a hands on course from their company. The knowledge learned during that meeting, and actually using their laser proved to me that without a question this is the best soft tissue laser on the market. The whole team is a wealth of knowledge and unlike Solea, they aren’t pushy with sales and you’re paying less than a 1/3 of the price for a more effective and safer laser.
