Great place for my father! He has been there for several years and we are very pleased with the care he has received. The Lights family is wonderful and due to my father's health issues they have been very good to him. I am grateful for the caring adults and multi-generational family's care that my father is in. Although it's not in the prettiest area of San Bernardino, I can happily say that they have been the most reasonable for my father's care and he is in a safe, clean and happy environment. I have worked with the owners of Rancho Linda for 30 years, as they built their facility one house at a time. I am a concrete Pumper, and have watched Walter and Linda pour their life and love into this residential care center. I have always said that I would be happy to live there when my time came for needing care. My mother got to that point, she need 24 hour care. She could walk, talk and play games and socialize. my mom was here and all I can say is that I got to see inside by the help of someone in there and if the residents aren't in time they wont give them food and if they do and can't eat it they just give them peanut butter and jelly crackers or sandwich they get food that has been in the fridge for 2 or 4 weeks scramble eggs from days ago and worst than that is that they get treated worst than animals they over medicate them and their living conditions aren't even 1 star motel the manager Kathy is racist and treats her staff l... read more
