Embarrassing level of professionalism. Asked for him to come quote a fairly simple installation, messaged me back with some diatribe about being a word that can't be posted here. I think he was mad that I was asking for a free quote even though I never specified I wanted it for free. I guess he just assumes everyone has unlimited money and they'll pay him whatever he says once the job is done? Outstanding service! Rene went above and beyond — professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough in his approach... and a dog lover, too! The solution provided (adding an extra outlet) was both clever and effective, clearly showing expertise and creativity. Couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended!

I am surprised at the number of negative reviews. On reading them however, I note that not a single one talks about the quality of his work. They all seem to centre around personality (and one about price). I had work done about a year and a half ago and can say that not only was Rene professional but he really knew his stuff. Also, while I agree he might be direct in his manner (and maybe a bit free with his language), he was never rude in any way. We got along great (and still do) throughout the project.
