Lights Out is my little escape, I can just leave the world behind me, and focus on growth. I love the KB classes too, although very challenging I know if I’m consistent, I will hit my goals no doubt! They take all the guesswork out! Coach Holly is lovely, and so inspiring, her strength classes are a treat to myself!

I drive 40 minutes to take my son to his boxing classes, and I do it with the greatest pleasure. After a long search, I truly couldn’t have found a better place. The coaches are amazing, very professional, and great with kids. The environment is positive, motivating, and focused on discipline and growth. My son looks forward to every class and has gained so much confidence and skill since joining.
