Lights Out Boxing and Fitness is an incredible gym. As someone with a hectic work schedule, I appreciate how easy it is to fit these workouts into my week. I especially love that the classes are exactly 45 minutes long. It allows you to go at your own pace while knowing you will be finished right on time. Lights out has been amazing for both myself and my son. The owner and coaches are the best! I’ve never posted a review before but I felt compelled to for Lights Out, couldn’t recommend this gym more highly! They also do amateur exhibition bouts a few times per year, it gives the fighters a chance to showcase the skills learned at lights out and the matches are always very entertaining. If you are ready to grind come check them out, you will not be disappointed.
