Best Boxing & Fitness gym in the Wesley Chapel area. Coach Keith, Loressa andJulian has been a tremendous help and played an intrical part of my weight lost journey. They have been patient and encouraging as I started from the 6 week challenge. The staff and the atmosphere becomes like family They are definitately worth it.
Lights Out gym has been a phenomenal experience that I plan to continue for a long time. The Coaches here are amazing! Today’s boxing class with Marissa was a great class, Coach Marissa is very attentive to each participant’s skill level and very knowledgeable with many years of experience.
