The first year we moved into our house we used Sparky’s services. They were expensive but efficient. The second year we didn’t use lights by sparky but they hung lights. We asked them to take them down and they did. January 2nd. Then they sent us a bill which we refused to pay, then they took us to small claims court and without a contract or proof of any request for service, they won.
