I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at LightRx regarding a laser hair removal package financed through Cherry. I initially visited LightRx using a Groupon and was pleased with the first two treatments. However, during my third visit, I was strongly encouraged to purchase a larger treatment package, which I financed through Cherry. LightRX was recommended by several of my friends who have had different types of treatments each. I have been there once for consultation and twice so far for laser hair removal in two different areas. I have been well cared for at my appointments and the girls are so courteous and caring. My first consultation they gave me a test treatment so that I could make an informed decision before committing. All of my questions were answered and they scheduled me quickly each time.
