Called multiple times over weeks. No response other than ai telling me to go online. Online gives me no options other than a consultation. Eventually, I got a text message. Went back and forth via text. Got told I could do Saturday and then they walked it back. Scheduled a consultation hoping it would at least prompt a phone call. They just canceled it. I felt like I was in good hands with well trained people and the service went very smooth.
