I would not recommend LightRx based on my experience. I purchased a procedure with the promise of results, but the treatments have not worked as I was told they would. On top of that, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled for August 22nd at 2:30 PM. I had a terrible experience with the manager (Clinic Director) at the Alexandria branch, Nazia Khan. I truly don’t understand how she holds a managerial position. Instead of helping customers, she seems to go out of her way to cause problems. I purchased a non-surgical fat loss package through a payment plan with Omega RMS. I spent over $5000 for skin tightening… I spent over $5000 for skin tightening treatments with no results whatsoever. The staff was very kind & they did let me do treatments again. With no results again. Alexa, manager, told me before I spent that money that she would not let me leave with no results. I would at least like something that I know will work, like laser hair removal but they won't respond to emails. I was told the regional director emails me, but she never did.
