I have had a host of health issues and have been to several massage therapists in the area. Nobody beats Michelle's targeted acupressure and deep tissue massage. I go in with a neck brace and a cane and I can walk out looking like a normal human being after our sessions. All hail Lightning Sports Medicine !!!!!!! We are not worthy ( following like Wayne and Garth)
Michelle has such "intelligent hands." She can pinpoint problem areas easily and knows how to work them. Because of her varied background, she has a vast range of skills and modalities to draw on, and she likes to educate you as she works and give you things to help on your own.
Would recommend Michelle to anyone needing to work through pain and relax in the process. Michelle is super experienced - I learned a lot during our session. Thank you!
