Bought the most expensive wash option and the car came out as dusty and dirty as it went in. Really disappointing waste of money. Shocked that so many other drivers are using this service
Really disappointed with the wash and it’s not the first time. Had similar experience last time, still give it a go again. I selected extreme wash and added extra. Such a waste of time and money. Will not recommend to anyone at all.
Matt was awesome. Very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me when my debit card wasn’t working on the machine.
Don’t waste your money! Terrible car wash and expensive. Look at the state it left my back window in! Isn’t the first time either. Tried contacting them with proof and no response Won’t be returning. Edit 24/6/25: replying to owners response - I have sent a message through your website/email. There is nowhere to “DM” you here. If you tell me where to send the proof too where you WILL see it, please tell me. I will send it along.
