As many previous reviews have mentioned, there have been misses lately... Really hope they get back on track, Mike is the only familiar face left. Coupons can't be mobile, not honored previous to exp date, etc... Gonna get one more shot because as others have said, we've used Grant for multiple cars and many years.
The service has definitely went downhill since Grant sold the place. I've been going there for oil changes for decades and never had a problem until the last time I went a few weeks ago. After getting the service a couple days later I noticed oil leaking in my driveway. It was coming from the drain plug. They need to pay more attention and check the gasket. Replace if needed.
Mohit is great! Friendly and suggested me an engine oil cleaner that made my car run smoother immediately! 10/10
