I cannot thank John Rutherford and Luis enough for over extending help in explaining things to me in a very stressful leak situation. I live in a condo and I did not get help from my insurance company nor did I get help or direction from my HOA association manager or board. The only thing I got was passing the ball onto the next person which had me running in circles and feeling like I was getting nowhere. Thank you so much John and Luis as I now feel like I have a grip on the situation so I now can proceed to take the steps... read more

As a licensed General Contractor, I appreciate and value top notch vendors. John and his team did an amazing job remediating the water out of one of my properties. They responded quickly and were professional throughout the process. Saved my carpet and padding! When I called John with some follow up questions, he took a considerable amount of time out of his busy schedule to answer all my questions. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but I will definitely call Lightning first for their 24/7 water removal and drying... read more
