I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! The staff is wonderful and so friendly. The pricing is more than fair. The turnaround time is excellent. First, we had a work laptop that quit working. They had it back to us in under 24 hours. Upon pickup of the laptop, I asked if they could possibly retrieve photos off an almost 20-year-old damaged LG Chocolate cell phone that could no longer turn on or charge. I went to Lightning Repairs a couple years ago because of an issue with my Pixel phone. I had already gone to a few repair shops that pretty much told me to go get a new phone and it wasn't worth their time. I came into Lightning Repairs and they were very clear with explaining what the issues were and the chance that they wouldn't be able to fix it. They gave me a loaner phone while they worked on my phone and were very professional even though my phone wasn't able to be repaired.
My laptop screen cracked in the middle of midterms season and Lightning Repairs was able to order a new part and fix my laptop by the next day! Great service and friendly technicians. Highly recommend!
