11/10 service would absolutely come here again. I’m a college student who’s tight on cash. My phone started powering down and I thought it was a battery issue. I go to this place and there’s a bit of a line and the prices seem steep for an official diagnosis so I walk out just thinking I’ll figure it out at home. One of their employees comes outside and asks if I need help. Maybe at least he can take a look. The parts they needed weren’t available, so they said they’d text me in a week to let me know when their supplier could expect a restock. A week passed and they didn’t text, so I reached out to them. They didn’t answer my text, so I called them. When they answered, they put me on hold before telling me that they still didn’t know and couldn’t tell me when they would. I’m not mad that they didn’t have the parts, I’m mad at how hard it was to get that answer.
I don't leave reviews, but the workers here were lovely. I can't recommend this place enough. I won't go into the full story, but the gentlemen I dealt with that work here were very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. It wasn't just one of the workers, but all of the folks I dealt with. I needed my phone fixed twice within ten days, and they even stayed an hour after closing to help me with my data transfer, and then they didn't charge me for that second fix. Update on my review, fast forward two weeks and the screen replacement I got from here completely stopped working. I had to get a new screen AGAIN! The guy who did my replacement this time said that the screen they put on is a knock off probably off ebay. I am extremely pissed. I would not do business with this place.
