I highly recommend John's Lightning Phone Repair for their exceptional service! The owner, John, is a great person who truly goes above and beyond. When my phone screen broke, I called local repair shops, but they all quoted a 2-3 day wait. John not only repaired my screen within an hour on the same day with a third-party screen initially. What impressed me most was when he later obtained an original screen and offered a seamless exchange without charging the difference. Outstanding customer service and expertise!

This place was able to fix my phone in like 10 mins😭. I had such a positive experience. I went inside the place in total panic and he was just so calm. Apparently my phone just needed a new battery but still. This place is great I would definitely go here again if any other problems were to occur.
I had a damaged screen. Turn around was quick but there was glue underneath the screen. He repaired it again for free. I failed to tell him I use this tablet for drawing primarily. Samsung ships the tab s7 with a 2 layer screen. 2 sensory layers, one for touch, and one for the S Pen. Once I got my tablet back the second time, the pen no longer works.
