I set up an oil change and new tire install with James when planning my Denver-Alaska round trip, and found James to be incredibly thorough, responsive, and upfront - overall a pleasure to work with. When my group got to Fairbanks, James was very helpful and flexible with all the logistics around getting the work done. I called Lightning from Prudhoe Bay to make an appointments 2 days out for a chain replacement. Not only did the owner offer to service my bike on a Sunday evening, he also offered to send the chain I needed North with another rider to meet me. First class service!
I had heard about Lightning Motorsports before, but I thought they only offered bike rentals. That was until Delta Power Sports told me they don’t work on anything “as old” as my bike, a 2009 Honda Shadow Aero. They were kind enough to recommend Lightning Motorsports, so I reached out to James. Ich kam unangemeldet zu James in die Werkstatt nachdem ich den Dalton Highway gefahren bin und brauchte einen neuen Reifen für meine Husqvarna Norden. Er hatte nicht nur den Reifen sondern auch Bremsbeläge und Luftfilter auf Lager und half mir schnell und unkompliziert. Super Service. Danke Dir James 👍👍👍
