Had work done on my car and when he left 2 lights on dashboard were on. I rang and told him and he said he would drop by. That was months ago. I have txt him and rand but no response. I've had to take it to another mechanic to for which has cost more money. His name is Steve and I am very unimpressed by these Mechanics. Never again.
James is an excellent mechanic and always strives to get the job done, whilst keeping the customer's wallet and time in mind. One of the most reliable mechanics I've used (and I've used a lot!).

James was on time, and called me beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Instead of making me spend unnecessary dollars on a service, he explained my car didn't need a service as yet as I hadn't driven the kms. Instead, he took my car for a drive and then ran a diagnostic to find out what the noise was in my engine and came up with a plan of changing fuels and using fuel tank cleaner - he even went up the road for me and bought it on my behalf! James is amazing. I had my engine light on my Mazda for over 12 months and 3 different mechanics couldn’t find the issue. James was able to find the fault in 20 mins ordered the part and fixed it as soon as the part arrived. Honest, friendly and doesn’t treat you like an idiot because you are female and don’t understand cars. Best mechanic I have ever dealt with.
