This place does not clean your tires well at all. I liked the unlimited vacuum availability, but as far as the $24 package I purchased, I could've done a better job with Rain-X car wash fluid and Blech-White tire cleaner at home.
This place is only two years old or so, and falls off MORE every day. Built super snazzy and with a professional, friendly staff. Now this location been sold at least once, the wash doesn't clean the lower half of my vehicle (minivan), the second flapping/flailing drum on the passenger side of the wash has been replaced with a WAY more aggressive flail, or it has been POORLY readjusted because it sounds like it's either going to slap the paint straight off the vehicle or break the glass, half the vacuums have been broken for... read more
Service om steady decline. They used to brush wash the front and back of the car - the tire shine brush has been cut from our service level and it at least seems as though some of the other "in-tunnel" services cut from our service level. One half of the vacuums out - looks like they are starting to have deferred maintenance and trying to cut cost at the expense of quality.
Nice and attentive workers highly recommended!
