Had a 5 star experience with a large group for a wine tour. Everyone I spoke with at Lightning Limousine was patient, kind, and answered any questions I had during booking. Would highly recommend!
No words can describe the level of service and professionalism we experienced. We are swiftly picked up during the beginning of lake effect snow storm and driven to Syracuse to make our flight. I won’t go into details, but the kindness shown by the staff on all levels to our family could never be repaid. Thank for making our wish trip special at the beginning and the end. Safe travels and hope that our paths can cross again. Would highly recommend!
Went on a wine tour for a bachlorette and had an amazing time. Dan was incredible at navigating the area and getting pictures of us at all the wineries!

I hope this message isn’t too long winded but for 15 kids it meant the world! My son was traveling with his ice hockey team (Black Bear Academy) from Philadelphia area to Rochester NY to participate in a AAA Tournament when their team’s transportation came upon some engine issues, five and half hours from home. With one phone call and a quick explanation Gary and two of his drivers, in less than one hour, showed up with a Cadillac Escalade, one mini van and a Lincoln Town car to pick the boys up and deliver them to the rink ... read more
