Took my car to Lightning Fast after trying to get it diagnosed at three other shops (including the dealership). Vince Doesn't guess, he actually takes the time to diagnose your car correctly. Unfortunately, my car had a massive electrical failure that wasn't worth fixing because it fried so many modules that the damage was at the point where even if I did several repairs it still wouldn't be enough. My experience calling in was very brief, and I actually didn’t take my car in to be seen. I called the number listed here, Vance answered and was incredibly friendly. He actually listened to my cars symptoms, and an incredible “green flag”, he stated that while he could check the car out, it would be better to take it in elsewhere (and he gave me a referral!), rather than him scanning it and charging. This gentleman really explains everything that's going on with your vehicle and tries to keep costs at a minimum. I really feel comfortable with the gentleman and I don't feel like he's trying to do more than he needs to. He actually stops you from doing things that aren't necessary. He's a wonderful guy.

Vince is a real gem! Doing business with him was a very pleasant experience. He is honest, dependable, professional & experienced. His work was done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend him, can't say enough about the great service!
