Took my car to Lightning Fast after trying to get it diagnosed at three other shops (including the dealership). Vince Doesn't guess, he actually takes the time to diagnose your car correctly. Unfortunately, my car had a massive electrical failure that wasn't worth fixing because it fried so many modules that the damage was at the point where even if I did several repairs it still wouldn't be enough. My experience calling in was very brief, and I actually didn’t take my car in to be seen. I called the number listed here, Vance answered and was incredibly friendly. He actually listened to my cars symptoms, and an incredible “green flag”, he stated that while he could check the car out, it would be better to take it in elsewhere (and he gave me a referral!), rather than him scanning it and charging. My experience with Vince was excellent, he is knowledgeable, kept me informed, went way above and beyond for me. My Expedition has some unique issues that to say the least is driving me crazy. He took time out of his own schedule to help resolve my trouble…. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing diagnostic and repairs. Again above and beyond!!!!
