I have been a monthly wash plan with Lightning for some time but I am compelled to write a review because of a special employee, Kelly l, who went above and beyond to help me out. I had lost a SMALL BUT IMPORTANT piece to my car due to my own mistake while going through the wash. I asked Kelly if she could help me out by looking for it. Very good car wash- good vacuums, friendly staff. I have been a member for over a year and I have had no issues. I love the air for the tires and the pressurized air to help clean out the sand from beach days. They also have a floor mat wash and basin if you need to really scrub them down. I wish they had the complementary towels and glass spray- but their hours work great for me as I tend to get home a little later. Definitely recommend to keep your ride shiny and clean!
