Tyler and Mehdi from Lightning Energy installed the Sigenergy battery. The work was done very professionally . The inverter, however, was not correctly sized and as a result another one had to be sent out, which arrived very quickly. The new inverter was installed and the site cleaned up, leaving the site spotless. Tyler and Mehdi were very friendly and communicated clearly what they were doing at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
From the initial consultation with Jordan, through to the install with Tyler and Gregg, this team has been responsive, provided expert advice and completed the work with care and precision.
Lightning came recommended by a friend to talk about electric ducted heating for my elderly parents house - Blake was great to speak with, preparing a load assessment, explaining multiple solutions and offering a site visit on the same day.
