Eli and his team at Lightning Carpet Care did an incredible job cleaning both the carpets and the sofa in our Airbnb condo. With the amount of guest traffic a vacation rental receives, everything needed a thorough professional cleaning, and the results were amazing. Absolutely fantastic! The carpet looks good as new. Had 2 areas repaired and then one cleaned. Got spots out that I thought were never going to go away
Eli was very responsive and such a nice guy. We had to cancel our originally scheduled date last minute, due to a health emergency, and he was very understanding and kindly rescheduled us. He cleaned the tile floors in the majority of our house and it came out amazing!!!! Made the house instantly look brighter and cleaner! Wish i had found him sooner! Highly recommend and definitely plan to keep him in my list of contacts for future services!!!!
From the first phone call to scheduling the appointment and showing up on time, everything was easy and professional. What really impressed me was the care they took in my home. They rolled out protective coverings to protect my floors before getting started, which says a lot about their attention to detail.
