We have purchased lasers from LightMed since 2015 and are impressed by the reliability, comprehensive warranty, and ease of service for their compact KTP laser system.
If there's an option of giving '0' rating, then I'll rank them with a Big Zero. They are interested only in selling machines. Once you have purchased and paid, they forgot you . Very very poor service. I have purchased both YAG Laser & Green laser from Lightmed. My Green laser is out of order from March 2023. And YÀG is from May 2023. Spare parts is ordered by the distrbutor company in the beginning of June. Till date they have not send any spare or shipment detail. My patients are being harassing by their unprofessionalism.... read more
