I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this was so upsetting. I’m honestly not sure what happened, but our photos look NOTHING like the pictures Shawn and Carrie have on the Knot. We feel like we were totally ripped off and scammed by LightMaster Studios. Our package included light editing, which can be seen in maybe 5-10 pictures. Most of our photos look like they were taken with an iPhone and they didn’t edit out their own gear seen in photos. We had an amazing experience with Lightmaster Studios! Leading up to our wedding, Carrie was so helpful and always quick to answer any questions we had, which made the planning process so much easier. On the wedding day, Shawn was fantastic. I tend to feel nervous in front of the camera, but he made us feel comfortable and guided us through everything. When we got our photos back, we were thrilled! We highly recommend LightMaster Studios. They were very professional, easy to work with, and super responsive. We had two photographers for our wedding, Shawn and Antonette, and they were both fantastic. Our wedding was in January and during a snowstorm, so we were a little worried they'd cancel but they went above and beyond! Shawn even shoveled a path for us so we could take pictures in the snow.
