Beautiful experience at this very lovely wellness spa. Did the soundbath + salt room group experience for 4 with dear friends to celebrate my birthday. Excellent time, kind, professional, and welcoming employees. I found Lightly Salted searching for soundbath experiences in Orlando. So glad this spa came up first thing in my findings. I called to reschedule an appointment and was placed on hold for a few minutes. When the receptionist came back, she asked for my name but then had to put me on hold again. A few minutes later, she mentioned she was checking someone in and would need to call me back. I completely understand things can get busy, but as a client calling in, I was hoping for a bit more attentiveness. Just felt a little overlooked in the moment.
Love this place! Just had the most relaxing massage with Alyson — she has the perfect touch! The space is clean, peaceful, welcoming, and I left feeling completely refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend this place. Can’t wait for my next session!
Terrible customer service and won’t refund payment for services never even rendered. Theft
The atmosphere was very relaxing and everyone was so friendly. Alison my therapist was very knowledgeable and respectful. I left not only without the pounding head ache I arrived with but very relaxed and calm. Definitely will be booking again with her!
