Yeah, this place is pretty much a dump. But I suppose it's a necessary evil because it provides a service for the community. It is a place where lower income families can actually own their own home, even though they still have to pay lot rent. But all in all it is still better than renting and it gives them a sense of ownership. They do keep the area looking decent and well mowed, so I suppose we should be thankful for that. Ive lived here for 5 years. It's very clean and safe. The property manager Natasha Adams is very nice and easy to talk to
Lived here for five years and honestly have no complaints.
Natasha is a great property manager. She works with you, and listen to complaints. She's very compassionate and understanding of situations.
Very nice place to live , most importantly it's very quiet , and when we arrived to look at a mobile home it was very clean . Landlord is a very nice n respectful!
