We recently moved here. Natasha Adam's the property manager is great, she has made sure everything was taken care of. She keeps her word. Great start, look forward to many years of living here. She's awesome and deserves recognition 👏.
Really enjoy the quite clean park. Anytime I speak to anyone in the park they are very friendly. I'm grateful the lot rent is cheaper than most and doesn't go up often. It is a great place to call home. Thank you lightle owners and staff and residents for keeping a safe, clean park for all.
Yeah, this place is pretty much a dump. But I suppose it's a necessary evil because it provides a service for the community. It is a place where lower income families can actually own their own home, even though they still have to pay lot rent. But all in all it is still better than renting and it gives them a sense of ownership. They do keep the area looking decent and well mowed, so I suppose we should be thankful for that. Ive lived here for 5 years. It's very clean and safe. The property manager Natasha Adams is very nice and easy to talk to
