Wouldnt recommended this place to anyone and if youre a first time home buyer you will get denied. I have lived in lot c3 since last November and weve always been caught up on rent, never late , but when we moved in here the background check wasnt done in our name but we was friends with the person and now 9 months later we was tild to do an application n we got denied for not enough rental history & THIS COMPANY GAVE ME N MY FAMILY 4 DAYS TO GET OUT . I went and looked at a mobile home and the park manager was very nice and park looked amazing. She explained everything and was very helpful. I wish other managers where helpful as she was.
We recently moved here. Natasha Adam's the property manager is great, she has made sure everything was taken care of. She keeps her word. Great start, look forward to many years of living here. She's awesome and deserves recognition 👏.
Really enjoy the quite clean park. Anytime I speak to anyone in the park they are very friendly. I'm grateful the lot rent is cheaper than most and doesn't go up often. It is a great place to call home. Thank you lightle owners and staff and residents for keeping a safe, clean park for all.
