In response to "copperdawg". Our return policy is stated clearly on the sales receipt and is verbalized to our customers as well. Refunds are issued within 7 days for uninstalled merchandise with all original packaging. An in-store credit is issued up to 30 days. The lamps you purchased late in the day on a Saturday and then wanted to return early on Monday without the proper credit card, then returned on Tuesday with the correct card, had all price tags and vendor tags cut off and the celophane removed from the shades. Wow - probably the worst retail experience I have ever had. Buyer beware - return policy is awful. Make sure you don't unwrap anything, remove anything, or worse yet unwind the cord to plug in your light or you will be stuck with your purchase. At least at other liquidation stores (ie TJ Maxx, etc) they have the customer in mind when they have a return policy. I'd rather pay more and go to Lowe's/Depot/Target than have to deal with this type of treatment. Will never return to that store again.
